Scheduling

As a growing business, our schedule is always filling up and moving. If you are interested in services, simply send us an email or send an inquiry through our online contact form. You can also give our main line a call, but emails are higher priority and will receive a quicker response, as we have a staff member dedicated to email and scheduling.

On-Time Delivery

We provide all of our customers with a 2 HOUR arrival window to allow us adequate time to get to you. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver on time, however, there will be times that we may not be on time due to situations out of our control such as traffic, road conditions, store/pick up issues, etc. At any point, the delivery team will reach out to notify you if there are any delays in the schedule.

We offer some of the most competitive pricing in the industry. Our goal is to provide our customers with affordable delivery services that don't compromise on the quality you receive.

Safety and Work Conditions

Safety is our priority. We may refuse service in environments that pose risks. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse services without liability under the circumstances that pose a safety risk or any situation that involves illegal activity or requests.

Duration

Estimates provided to the customers are based that you as the customer has provided to us at the time of inquiry. Non-binding/Not-to-Exceed estimates and rates are based on continuous time from the teams arrival on the job till the end and completion of the job. At completion, the customer will sign off and time will be billed accordingly. The duration of the time worked is influenced by many factors including those that are out of our teams control. Note that any issues that may cause a delay will be brought to the customer attention immediately and addressed to assume the best course of action.

Packing

Unfortunately, we do not provide packing services at this time. All items will need to be packed and ready to move.

Personal/Valuable Items

If you have items that are sentimental or of high monetary value, we urge you to handle and move these on your own. If you physically cannot transfer these yourself, our team will come up with a specialized plan specifically for you.
